1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Shinastra platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Platform

Shinastra is a matching service designed to connect job seekers ("Seekers") with potential employers ("Employers") using a proprietary algorithm. We provide the tools for discovery, but the final connection and employment decisions are yours.

3. Disclaimer of Employment

SHINASTRA IS NOT AN EMPLOYER, RECRUITMENT AGENCY, OR HEADHUNTER.

Shinastra provides a platform for discovery and matching only.
We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome from using the Platform.
All hiring decisions are made solely between the Seeker and the Employer. Shinastra is not a party to any employment contract or agreement reached between users.

4. Proprietary Matching Algorithm

Shinastra uses a "60/30/10" algorithm to match Seekers with job postings:

60% Weight: Technical skills and experience matching.
30% Weight: Lifestyle preferences (location, remote work, hours).
10% Weight: Soft skills and interview question responses.

This algorithm is used to improve the relevance of matches and is not used for discriminatory purposes. Users acknowledge that matches are suggestions based on data provided by the users themselves.

5. Job Listing Lifecycle

All job postings on the Platform are temporary.
Job listings automatically expire and are deleted after 30 days from the date of posting to ensure the Platform remains current.
Employers are responsible for renewing or re-posting if a position remains unfilled.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and truthful information in their profiles and job listings. Seekers are responsible for the content of their resumes, projects, and interview responses. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job descriptions and company profiles.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shinastra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Platform use, or any disputes, misconduct, or outcomes resulting from a match or subsequent interview/employment.
