To operate the 60/30/10 matching algorithm and suggest high-signal connections.
To facilitate communication and virtual interviews between matched parties.
To provide notifications regarding matches, application status, and listing expiry.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
We believe in data minimization and transparency:
Job Listings: Automatically deleted after 30 days. Associated match data for that specific listing is also purged.
User Accounts: You may delete your profile at any time. Upon deletion, personal data is removed from our active databases, subject to legal retention requirements.
